A PLAN TO COMBAT URBAN AIDS: In recent years, the U.S. has spent millions of dollars to combat HIV/AIDS abroad. But the disease also remains a major problem in the United States -- —pecially in large cities. Now, one of the nation's leading AIDS researchers is pushing for us to create a program in our own country that's similar to the ones we've developed overseas. We'll explore the proposal and hear about the latest research on HIV/AIDS.

Jen Nathan and Erin Mishkin met at the Salt Institute of Documentary Studies and quickly bonded over a shared love of podcasts and bloody marys. Rather than boring their friends with another unrehearsed live re-enactment of their favorite radio shows, they started this blog.
