Chinese state media says the
death toll from today's massive earthquake now tops eight
thousand and is expected to rise. Thousands more are
injured from the 7-point-8 magnitude quake which also sent
thousands of people rushing out of buildings and into the
streets in Beijing nine hundred of miles away. We get details
from Keith Bradher, Hong Kong Bureau Chief for the New

Alton Logan spent 26 years in
prison for a murder in Chicago, even though lawyers involved
in the case knew he didn't commit the crime. He got out of jail
last month only after the death of the real killer freed lawyers
